We spend most of our time, during our worldly manifestation, focused on all that we believe is happening in our daily lives. Our minds are very occupied with all of the “goings on” in our lives and in our world. It is important for you to understand that we all chose, of our own free will, to create the worldly experience that we are involved in, including any challenges that we may face. This fact may be very difficult for you to accept given all that you have been led to believe over your life time. Let us assure you that this is the truth. As an extension of all that God is, our higher spiritual nature is seeking many different experiences in order to enhance our understanding and knowledge of various aspects of the human condition. In addition, our worldly life experiences offers us the opportunity to awaken to our true spiritual natures as we deepen our spiritual understanding and our relationship to Divinity and each other. In the Unity of the Spirit, that is the universal Consciousness of God, the Essence of all Life, there is no separation between us. We are One. This being the case, we all share and learn from the worldly experiences that each of us are undergoing.
We hope that you are beginning to see that from a higher, spiritual perspective, there is a great deal more going on in our worldly lives than we may be aware of. As our attention is focused on our worldly drama, we must make a concerted effort to put aside the thoughts in our minds and pay attention to the peace and stillness that is behind our thoughts. In this quiet place deep within us, we will discover the still, small, voice of God’s Holy Spirit. God’s Holy Spirit will guide, support and encourage you throughout your worldly life experience. The greatest gift you can give yourself, through deep breathing exercises and meditation, is to practice quieting your mind, clearing your thoughts and seeking out your spiritual place within. From this place, you will receive all the answers that you seek. You will discover your real immortal spiritual nature connected to Divinity and All There Is.
