From a different perspective, your higher spiritual nature can quietly observe and direct and guide your worldly self within your life experience in the world.
Your manifestation of your physical reality in the world that you have created in your mind, allows you to create with God an unsurpassed learning experience while having never left your home with God. Your desire for learning, personal growth, and a deep understanding of different aspects of the human condition underlines the purpose behind your willingness to create the worldly life experience that you are having. It is important to remember that you have created your worldly experience in conjunction with God and many others in your spiritual family who share your experiences with you. I know that somewhere deep inside of you the messages I am revealing to you ring true. Knowing the truth about your true identity and your relationship to All that is Divine should help to lift your burdens, and remove your fears and anxieties regardless of all of the chaos and drama found in your your life circumstances.
