From your earliest days in your worldly life, you formulated your thoughts, perceptions and beliefs concerning your identity, based on the multitude of experiences you shared with all those you interacted with within your social circle. We call these your sponge days. Like a sponge, without any filter, you absorbed everything from your environment and from those around you. Through your early experiences, all of the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that you assimilated, formed the basis of your identity. From your sponge days you determine: who you perceive yourself to be, your personality, and your thoughts concerning everyone and everything else in your world.
As you read our weekly messages, you have become more aware of the many indications that there seems to be much more going on with you than just your limited physical existence in your life in the world. A part of you is beginning to understand that you are much more than your worldly self. As you observe all that is happening around you, you are becoming more and more aware of your identity as a spiritual being in a relationship with Divinity. You are noticing and feeling more and more God’s Presence in your life and the lives of those around you. It is natural, as a result of your process of awakening to your spiritual nature, to feel conflicted and at times confused between your two selves, your self in the world and your spiritual nature with God. In fact, there is only one reality which is your spiritual nature with God. Your worldly self and your worldly life are all illusions originating from the thoughts in your mind. The process of awakening and remembering your true nature, allows you to dissolve and correct your false beliefs and mistaken thoughts and embrace the truth concerning your real identity and your relationship to God and All That Is.. We sincerely hope our weekly messages and our book have helped you along your way to enlightenment. (Being in the Light).
